Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ClaimNorth ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, company name, and password hash when you create an account.
  • Project data: claims, rooms, line items, photos, scans, supplements, and related documents that you upload or create.
  • Usage data: standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, request path, timestamp), retained for 90 days.
  • Lead capture: if you submit the early-access or ROI calculator forms, we retain your inputs to follow up.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate the platform and provide the features you sign up for.
  • To send transactional emails (account notifications, invoice receipts, supplement updates).
  • To improve the product through aggregated, de-identified usage analysis.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not share project data across tenants. Multi-tenant isolation is enforced at the database layer.
  • We do not run ad-tracking pixels or behavioral targeting.

4. Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@claimnorth.com. Deletion completes within 30 days and is logged in our internal audit trail.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production systems requires multi-factor authentication for staff accounts. Per-org row-level isolation is enforced in every tenant-scoped query.
